Who we are
WedProof is a private assistance service. We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with the Government of NCT of Delhi. Marriage registration is decided by the Registrar of Marriages (SDM). Official applications are made on the e-District portal, which you can also use yourself without our help.

Our guides are general information and are not legal advice. Rules, fees and procedures can change. We try to keep guides accurate and show when each one was last checked, but you should confirm details with the authority or an advocate before acting on them.
Our services
When you engage us, we will confirm the scope, our professional fee and the government fees in writing before you pay. Government fees are paid at cost with official receipts. We cannot guarantee an appointment date or the outcome of an application, because these depend on the authorities.
Your responsibilities
You must give true and complete information and genuine documents. Giving false information in an affidavit or application is an offence. We may stop working on a case if we believe documents are not genuine.
Refunds
Professional fees for work not yet started are refundable. Government fees already paid to the authority cannot be refunded by us.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that case.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
